Maintaining physical health and well-being is essential for overall health and quality of life. At AAC, our Exercise, Physiology, and Well-being program focuses on promoting physical fitness, mobility, and overall health through tailored exercise programs and therapeutic interventions. From group fitness classes and personalised exercise plans to physiotherapy and relaxation techniques, we offer a holistic approach to supporting clients’ physical and emotional well-being.
Our program is designed to cater to various fitness levels and health conditions. We provide one-on-one support from qualified professionals, including exercise physiologists and physiotherapists, who develop customised exercise routines that address individual needs and goals. In addition to physical fitness, we incorporate strategies for stress management, mental health support, and nutritional advice to promote a balanced and healthy lifestyle. By addressing both physical and emotional aspects of well-being, we aim to enhance our clients’ overall quality of life and help them achieve their health goals.
NDIS Exercise Physiologists provide tailored, evidence-based exercise programs to support individuals with disabilities in improving their physical health, mobility, and overall well-being. These professionals work with participants to address specific needs, such as managing chronic conditions, enhancing strength and balance, or recovering from injuries. Services include functional assessments, personalised exercise plans, and ongoing support to achieve fitness goals. Our exercise physiologists focus on promoting independence, reducing pain, and improving daily living activities. By fostering better physical and mental health, they empower participants to engage more actively in their communities, pursue personal aspirations, and enhance their quality of life under the NDIS.
NDIS rates for exercise physiology services depend on the participant’s plan and location. Typically, fees align with the NDIS Price Guide, ranging from approximately $75 to $200 per hour, covering assessments, personalised programs, and ongoing support. Providers may charge different rates based on session types, travel, and individual needs.
By joining our community, you’re taking a step towards a world where everyone’s abilities are recognised and supported.
